If anyone was Lindsay's date it was her brother. Because a man was in the crew - a man that happens to be dating one of Lindsay's friends who was also there - does not mean that is Lindsay's date. Lindsay Lohan happens to be in a longterm romance with someone who was busy last night at a very private function. That was the person she was texting nonstop last night. By jumping to a baseless assumption instead of getting information, you are the latest person to throw out a false rumor about the woman.

Lindsay Lohan is still actually in a relationship with that girl Samantha. Not for long after this gets out.

That guy wasn't dating Lindsay, he actually is dating Lindsay's friend. Lindsay and Samantha are together still and it sucks that she can't have a male freind in the group without their being rumors that she is dating him.

It's the worst kept secret that Lindsay cheats on Samantha. It's happens all the time. Any self respecting person would end it with Lindsay but Samantha doesn't. It just makes her look like a complete fool.

Let me correct you "Charr" Lindsay Lohan is totally faithful to Sam Ronson and its people like you who start false upsetting rumours. To say "it happens all the time" is pure fabrication! Samantha Ronson in my OPINION treats Lindsay very badly and its only a matter of time until Lindsay says enough is enough! They we will see Ronson fade into obsecurity where she belongs. After all, who heard of Ronson before she started dating Lindsay?

Charr you oviously have no idea what you talking about , I was at that event last night and you can totally tell that guy was her friend not a date. Lindsay was texting Samantha all night as a matter of fact that mostly what she did especially after the daddy lohan incadent. I know for a fact she was texting Samantha because I heard her tell her brother she was texting Samantha. When Lindsay was telling a friend of her's about Sam you could totally she how happy she was just to mention her, Lindsay is so in love with that girl.

I agree with you Susan , If I would believe any story about cheating I would believe it would be Samantha cheating on Lindsay. I saw them last week in Chicago at angels and kings and omg the way Lindsay looks at samantha you can tell she is so In love with her and she is like her whole world. I mean for the record Samantha seemed to be in love with Lindsay too, but I'm just saying if someone was gonna cheat I don't think it would be Lindsay.

i'm actually surprised Lindsay and Samantha lasted this long. In the beginning most people thought it was a publicity stunt but then you could tell they were in love. I've met Samantha once in NY maybe 2 years ago, It was a very brief encounter, in a club and she was very nice, totally cute. She has some charm around her that makes you like her.

Susan Evans- you must not get out much. I live NY-LA and she was a DJ to the hottest parties waay before their relationship became public. The fact that you haven't hear of the Ronsons is a sign that you live in a cave.

ronson and lalohan are staying at the bowery this weekend, so i doubt that reality dude is important. the question is more why an editor on a gossip blog/east coast scenester doesnt know they are still in a relationship and assumes that any dude she is seen with must be her date? lohan has spent the past few months chasing after ronson around the globe after ronson dumped her and they are now back together- anyone who reads a minimum of celeb gossip would know that. get it together britten- props for comments about mr lohan though-he is a total douche.

Hey! Thank you all for reading. I would like to clarify something. The points of the article were about the Foundation, the new Elenn Breast Center, and that Michael Lohan caused a bit of drama and some stress for Lindsay, thus causing the gossip. The fact that everyone picked up on the one word in front of Adam's name "dates" was my point exactly. The post was not about Lindsay's love life and I admittedly know nothing about her relationships because I had never met her prior to Saturday evening. She was with a good group of people, I can only assume were her friends because they stuck by her all night and spoke to her in a caring manner when Michael Lohan showed up.
So, my comment to you all:

be cautious about speculation, gossip, and intent
surround yourself with good-positive people
don't jump to conclusions or judgements until you know the entire story

So basically you wanted to get a reaction to your story. You want us to believe you know nothing about her relationship with Samantha and yet every single blog out there reports about them on a regular basis( Perez, X17 etcc). When you call someone a date you are implying Lindsay was affectionate with him at the party. I doubt you are that naive not to know that.
This is the age of Twitter and Lindsay has her official twitter page and she often responds to people on there. I'm sure she will not be thrilled by some blogger inventing a romantic relationship with this guy.

Ok, I meant I know nothing of substantial FACT about Lindsays relationship, only from what I've read. Of course I wanted to get a reaction to my story, but to be honest, it was about the relationship with her dad, not who she was with. That was actually just to give people an idea of the setting. I never said she was cozy with so and so, and to be clear, she wasn't. I never stated anything romantic about anyone, it's up to the readers to gather what they do from stories. Why didnt anyone comment on the fact that some guy on the phone donated $40k after the other guy already signed off on $20k. Or that I stated I didnt see Lindsay drinking? She wasnt all messed up like the tabs always say she is. She was perfectly pleasant and sweet, after the daddy debacle.
And yes, this is a blog and there is nothing wrong with controversy or healthy discourse. Also if you read the conclusion again, I stated clearly my intent of the article, I was not trying to fool anyone or pretend to be oblivious to anything.
If Lindsay were to comment on this post, I would hope that she'd be pleased with the positive connotation and notations I mentioned.

Well spoken Britten. I love when people try to take something positive and make it into something negative. The very people that are bickering back and forth are the reason why these false stories about celebrities flourish. No one once commented on the event or anything positive stated. Look at yourselves first before pointing any fingers.

If you had no intention of causing any "missunderstanding"you wouldnt have written "date".This guy Adam is hot,but in LLs minds for the time being at least, there is one person.So just cut the crap.

Britten, I do like you have clarified your remarks. To give an idea on how one word inappropriately used can have an effect, I will let you know that there were tweets sent to Perez Hilton within an hour of this article going up. Those tweets saying that Lindsay is cheating on Samantha Ronson. Samantha herself has been in the same situation. More than once uninformed blogs stated she was cheating on Lindsay with a blonde woman only for pictures to turn up of her hanging with her half-sister. Please just be more careful next time. Loved the article Britten, looks like the event was a success and about the Lindsay's report i found it quite possitive which is good cause this girl gets a lot of crap from tabloids and blogs when she's doing nothing wrong and about the "date", i found it inoffensive as you said you never wrote she was affectionate with him or else, keep the good work.

I was at the event, and honestly this comment board is a little ridiculous, and only visited to see how the event was portrayed, in fact LiLo walked in and I hardly noticed her, nor did she stand out in the crowd of amazing and talented women, some of whom are breast cancer survivors, and others who were recently diagnosed. There are more serious things to discuss besides one marginally famous young woman with some serious issues. In fact as one survivor told me who is attached to this tremendous organization - "this ain't serious, breast cancer is terminal" - I would hope that when you get done checking the tweets of Perez Hilton, who I am thankful was not there - you would take a moment to donate to this charity, and help support and build a legacy for women's health. You want Drama (@Dylster) try looking into the histories of the women that were celebrated that night - Annie Toglia, Ellen Hermanson, and see what real drama looks like. It is getting diagnosed with cancer at a young age, and not letting that dire situation define your life but going on to help others know that you may have cancer, but cancer doesn't have you!

Personally, I hope you all grow up, and then you might find yourself invited to such great events with more important things to discuss. But then again, I've always been a dreamer. Now feel free to discuss this amongst yourselves.

I was actually there at the party..first one to arrive, last one to leave( I had the trendy Marc-Jean Alluise shoes....).From what I observed(that's ALL I was there for....Didn't even realize there was actually something going on charity-wise....sides...who'se Charity? Was it the blond wearing the DIOR glasses by the sushi area???...)I noticed Lindsay sit down in the V.I.P. area, and he dad did sauntee over to her(bout 4 hours and 12 minutes into the start)....now they actually walked away together.I decided to follow them around the back area.Here's where things get nuts!
i SEE michael L. reach around to the back of Lindsay's neck.After a few minutes-he begins to tug at something, and bam! He unzips Lindsay's face-to reveal a lizard faced monster. She quickly plucks a rodent from her awesome ( GUCCI!) purse and swallows it whole.I mean, this was amazing.She zipepd ehr "face" back up, kissed her dad on the forehead and went right back.
So..thats actually what happened.Just so you know.
